Saya lupa kapan terakhir kali keluar bioskop dengan hati yang ringan dan gembira dan The Greatest Showman berhasil memberikan sensasi itu. The Greatest Showman is the kind of feel-good movie you need for your stressful days.

Awalnya saya merasa musiknya nggak cocok dengan setting cerita karena terlalu pop. Namun, lama-lama justru saya menikmati dan saya nulis ini sambil blasting on my speaker listening to the songs all over again.

Ternyata, pemilihan lagu-lagu yang lebih pop daripada disesuaikan dengan setting film di tahun an bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan sosok P.

Selain itu, karena saya lagi semangat-semangatnya belajar gitar , sepanjang film lagu-lagunya bikin saya berharap semoga chord -nya nggak susah-susah amat untuk dipelajari hahaha.

Saya suka nonton berbagai macam genre film. Saya tidak membatasi diri pada film-film tertentu. Kadang saya ingin nonton film yang misterius dan menegangkan atau film dengan berbagai twist yang bikin otak muter-muter.

Namun, seringkali kita ada di masa pengen nonton film yang ringan dan menyenangkan saja gitu. Nah, jika kondisi terakhir yang sedang dirasa, biasanya larinya ke film-film romantic comedy yang isinya cuma klise atau film-film holiday.

Film-film yang kita nggak butuh usaha keras buat nonton. Great messages of forgiveness and equality for everyone.

The plot line was almost as good as La La Land and it's soundtrack was just as good if not better. I highly recommend The Greatest Showman!
